We have several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the total weight of your order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout.

Please remember that your items do not exist until you order them. They are made specifically for you! Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are dependent on the method of shipping you choose during check-out.

We do guarantee that your items will arrive safe and in great condition. If, for any reason, your item is defective, please contact us immediately to make arrangements for a replacement. Do not mail your item back to us! Due to the nature of our personalized products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges! Please be sure to double-check the spelling and sizes of your items before check-out, as you are responsible for ensuring your order is correct.
